Sierra is a proud co-creator of all things BE, alongside her amazing partner, Ashleigh. After graduating in 2015 as a Registered Practical Nurse, she chose a non-traditional path to blend her passion for beauty and wellness with her nursing background. She eagerly pursued advanced training in medical aesthetics and has spent the past eight years practicing and teaching in this dynamic field, allowing her to grow as a scientist, educator, artist, and sometimes, a therapist.

Sierra is dedicated to empowering her clients on their beauty and wellness journeys, encouraging them to embrace their authentic selves. Together, they take a holistic approach to treatment goals, considering factors like anatomy, skincare, nutrition, and external stressors to create personalized plans.

Her career reflects a consistent focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care, with particular expertise in women’s health, preventative medicine, and medical aesthetics.

As Co-Owner and Clinical Director of BE beauty + wellness, Ashleigh integrates her medical expertise with aesthetic medicine to deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-informed care. She is deeply committed to establishing high clinical standards, mentoring nursing professionals, and ensuring excellence in patient outcomes through thoughtful consultation and individualized treatment planning.
